Moments4Seniors are fun activities for senior citizens, enabling them to keep their minds sharp, bodies strong, and spirits high. We create the space and opportunity for them to spend time with their peers, whether it’s a trip to the seaside, playing a game of dominoes, or just kicking back and reminiscing about the good old days.
Our day trip to the seaside is for senior citizens aged 65 and over. Come along and socialise with other young-minded seniors. This year we will be travelling to Eastbourne, and the day will be for you to do what you want: shopping, playing dominoes, eating fish chips or just chilling!
The only ask we have is that you are able to get yourself around with ease, as we will not be able to provide any mobility assistance on the day. If you do need help getting around, please ensure you bring along someone who is able to help you.
