DESCRIPTION:LEGENDS SENIORS FASHION SHOW\nA fundraising event for JUSTBE4U CIC\nSENIORS FASHION SHOW \nYou can’t buy style and you can’t fake style. \nSo\, for one day only\, 2nd September 2023\, come and witness true icons ruling the runway. Way before there was Naomi\, there were ‘THE 12’. \n12 super seniors will grace the runway becoming the super models of the day in a fashion show featuring contemporary African attire by Gitas Portal. \nOur theme this year is LEGENDARY.  We honour those who came before to pave the way for us today! Our living legends on whose shoulders we stand. We pay tribute to the incredible hard work\, dedication\, and resilience shown by our very own Windrush Generation celebrities. \nIt’s going to be a fun community event. \n– Yvette McDonald\, CEO of JustBe\, will be speaking about the vision behind this fantastic project. \n– Dr Joan Myers OBE will be our guest speaker. \n– Paulette Tajah will be entertaining you and there’ll be a performance by dance group A Step in Time. \nFirst 25 attendees will receive a free goody bag! There will be giveaways and surprises on the day. In addition\, we will be holding a raffle draw to raise funds for this very worthy cause.  There will also be a selection of artisan products for you to shop. \nBring your parents\, grandparents\, aunties and uncles & the children too … everyone is welcome! \nWe are looking for donators / sponsors for this event for venue hire\, marketing and promotion.
