Moments4Seniors Trip to Margate

8.00am – 7.30pm

I’m inviting you to come and join us on an ‘old fashioned’ coach trip to Margate for a fun day out. It will be your chance to enjoy the lovely scenery, good old fish & chips and sticky rock.

We love to take our seniors out on trips to the seaside because these excursions really make a difference to their lives. They appreciate the time and what we do for them. We also get to learn from their experiences. But best of all ….. it’s fun!

What to expect

On the coach there’ll be an opportunity to take part in a quiz, win a prize in our free raffle or just sit back and sleep! Once we arrive in Margate, the time will be yours! You can shop, dip your toe in the sea, go for a long walk, join in a game of dominoes/cards – in fact, there will be enough time for you to do pretty much what you want to do!

Cost

£25 Standard ticket.

£15 Seniors (67+)

Depart from: Bell Green Retail Park, Sydenham SE6 4RS

Meeting time: 8.am

Returning: circa 7.30pm

Moments4Seniors are fun activities for elderly people; this enables them to keep their minds sharp, bodies strong and spirits high.

We are creating an atmosphere for them to spend time with their peers whether it’s a trip to the seaside, playing a game of dominoes or just kicking back and reminiscing about the good old days. We rely on our generous supporters to help provide our seniors with these wonderful opportunities including workshops and special events.
